100g chopped pitted prunes
1 apple grates
80g dried cherries
80g toasted, finely chopped hazelnuts
3 sprigs thyme
Zest and juice of 1 orange
1 egg yolk
Salt and pepper to season
For the glaze:
½ cup orange marmalade
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp chilli flakes
Juice of ½ an orange
