Chocolate cake without flour

Perfect for those who love chocolate! Wonderful fun, and very easy to do. Server warm with ice cream or slag -

You need:

120g of dark chocolate

120g butter

150g sugar

50g cocoa

3 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract high


Turn on the oven to 150C. Coat with butter a 20cm baking bowl and cover the surface of the bowl with the cocoa.

Over a pot of boiling water, melt the chocolate and butter. Remove from the heat and inhale sugar, cocoa, eggs and vanilla. Pour baking container extent.

Let cure for 30 minutes. Then leave to cool for 10 minutes, and warm serv.
Enjoy your meal!
