Cacao Cashew Butter
Ingredients
250g cashews
¼ - ½ cup water, room temperature
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. cacao
½ tsp,cinnamon
1 tsp. maple syrup, more if needed
Coconut oil or olive oil, drizzle
Select all ingredients
Method
Place all ingredients apart from the oil in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add extra water until desired consistency is reached.
Spoon into a jar and drizzle with coconut or olive oil, keep in the cupboard for a few days
